role. This position leads the content roadmap for our Class 3 business line and partners closely with creative studios to drive product growth.

What You’ll Do

Drive the content roadmap and collaborate with creative studios.

Develop the 12–18 month strategy for the product portfolio and guide products from concept through execution.

Partner with creative teams and business units to keep the gaming ops content roadmap world‑best‑in‑class.

Negotiate features and timelines to secure best‑in‑class releases.

Coordinate the Aristocrat Games portfolio and its strategic goals.

Build requirements, conduct research, and provide insights to meet strategic goals.

Prioritize new feature development and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Plan long‑term, thinking “Big Picture” and 2‑year or longer horizons.

Make decisions quickly, backed by data.

Travel domestically to understand regional markets.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of product management experience, slots highly preferred.

Self‑starter with initiative and curiosity about slots and the gaming industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Outstanding attention to detail.

Experience presenting product vision and interpreting technical requirements.

Ability to wear multiple hats and work cross‑functionally with creative and business teams.

Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.

Pay Range $117,429 – $218,084 per year. Offers are based on experience level, education, skills, location, and internal equity.

Additional Information This role requires mandatory background screening, regulatory approvals, and documentation for gaming licenses. Aristocrat’s operations are highly regulated, with licenses in over 340 gaming jurisdictions worldwide. The position does not sponsor work visas; applicants must be authorized to work full‑time in the job location without visa sponsorship.
