The Director of New Product Development will lead the creation of new Drip EZ products from initial concept through production. This role is ideal for a design-minded product leader with strong aesthetic instincts, and the ability to translate ideas into beautifully executed, production-ready products. While working closely with and reporting to the CGO on day-to-day execution, overall product ideation and development strategy will originate from the CEO and other key leaders. You’ll Own

Design-Led Product Development Lead and contribute directly to product design, including concept development, sketches, materials selection, and functional detailing. Create clear, thoughtful product documentation including tech packs, BOMs, measurements, and production specifications. Oversee prototyping, sampling, testing, and refinement to ensure products meet performance, quality, and aesthetic standards. End-to-End Product Ownership Develop a clear and nimble process for product development, establishing a dynamic and creative culture around product/new product development. Own products from concept through production handoff, including go to market strategies while balancing design intent, manufacturability, cost, and timeline. Make informed design decisions that support consistency, scalability, and brand integrity. Be a visible owner of product quality and performance post-launch, partnering with leadership to address issues, iterate, and continuously improve products in the market. Manufacturer & Partner Collaboration With CGO, identify and work directly with domestic and international manufacturing partners, while diversifying our sourcing partners. Manage sampling cycles, feedback, pricing, MOQs, lead times, and production readiness. Continue to develop long-term factory relationships based on clear communication and shared quality standards. Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to align product development priorities with company strategy. Ensure products are production-ready, scalable, priced correctly and efficiently launched. Work with marketing and sales leaders to support product positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market efforts. Serve as an internal product authority and advocate for the end user across the organization. You Bring

5+ years of experience in consumer product development, with meaningful design and development experience. (Outdoor goods/Outdoor cooking/Kitchenware is a plus.) Strong design sensibility with the ability to communicate ideas through sketches, CAD familiarity, or equivalent tools. Hands-on experience working directly with manufacturers, including overseas suppliers. Solid understanding of materials, manufacturing methods, costing, and production constraints. Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, textile design, product design, or related field preferred. Attributes

Salary range:

$130,000 - $150,000 Other Compensation:

Annual discretionary company bonus eligibility (based on company performance; not guaranteed). Benefits:
