Senior Manager, Partnerships Strategy & Operations Flex is a growth-stage, NYC headquartered FinTech company that is creating the best rent payment experience. Flex enables our users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. Our mission is to empower as many renters as possible with flexibility over their most significant recurring expense. Inform partner-facing collateral, communications, and training materials that drive funnel efficiency

Support QBRs, MBRs, and partner discussions with data-driven insights and recommendations

Qualifications

6–8+ years of experience in strategy, partnerships, business operations, revenue strategy, top-tier strategy consulting, or a similar analytical and cross-functional role

Demonstrated success driving measurable growth through funnel optimization, experimentation, and data-driven strategy

Strong analytical capabilities with experience in building models, dashboards, and insights used for strategic decision-making

Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills; able to guide teams toward clarity, alignment, and execution
