Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end payroll operations for
2,000+ employees
across multiple entities and states Lead payroll integration and execution for
mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale employee onboarding
events Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax and wage regulations Drive process improvements, controls, and automation to improve accuracy, scalability, and timeliness Partner closely with HR, Finance, and Legal on payroll strategy, audits, and reporting Manage payroll vendors, system upgrades, and periodic implementations Key Requirements
5+ years of payroll leadership experience
in mid-to-large organizations (2,000+ employees required) Demonstrated experience supporting
M&A activity or rapid workforce expansion Hands-on expertise with enterprise payroll systems such as
ADP Workforce Now, Workday Payroll, UKG (UltiPro), Ceridian Dayforce, or SAP Strong multi-state payroll, tax, and compliance knowledge Proven ability to lead teams and operate effectively in fast-paced, change-driven environments Due to the volume of applications, if you have not received a response within 14 days, please consider your application unsuccessful at this time.
