Position Title: Spa Director
Position Summary: The Spa Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of the spa and wellness programs, delivering a world-class guest experience, managing staff performance, maximizing revenue, and maintaining the highest level of service and standards aligned with our resorts brand and wellness philosophy.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for all spa operations including treatments, wellness, and retail.
Hire, train, mentor, and manage spa team members including therapists, spa concierge, and wellness practitioners.
Develop and implement service standards, operating procedures, and wellness programming unique to our mountain location.
Ensure an exceptional guest experience through staff engagement, program quality, and personalized service.
Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, P&L, and inventory control.
Partner with marketing and sales teams to promote spa services and seasonal packages.
Maintain compliance with all state health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Incorporate sustainable and holistic wellness practices, reflective of the local environment and community.
