Role Overview We are seeking a

results-driven Sales Director – IT Solutions

to lead and grow our business pipeline from India. This role requires:

Strong background in B2B IT sales in U.S. and Canada region

Exceptional relationship‑building skills

Deep knowledge of technology solution selling

Operate in

EST hours , targeting SMB and mid‑market clients across North America.

What You’ll Sell

ERP:

SAP, Oracle, JDE and other solutions

Cloud & Infrastructure:

AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Migration, Office 365, Managed Services

Digital Solutions:

Web Design, eCommerce, SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing

AI & Automation:

Chatbots, Process Automation, Predictive Analytics

Staffing & Professional Services

IT Training & Upskilling Solutions

Probation:

Your first successful sales closure serves as the probation period under an

activity‑based payment structure (contractual 1099 model) . Attractive payments will be made for each activity, such as lead qualification, quotation submission, and sales completion.

Transition:

After one successful closure, you’ll move to a

regular salaried W2 model .

During probation, you’ll receive

full access to collaboration tools

and

marketing support

to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for U.S./Canada clients

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Collaborate with delivery & marketing teams for proposals and demos

Achieve and exceed revenue targets

Qualifications

4–5 years in IT Solution Sales (U.S./Canada market preferred)

Strong understanding of ERP, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Digital services

Proven ability to exceed sales goals

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self‑motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
