The Role
- The Client Success Team plays a crucial role in driving successful engagement with enterprise clients in the banking, finance, and subscription markets.
The
Senior Account Manager
will lead strategic management efforts for our most critical clients. This is not a passive relationship management role; it requires a commercially driven person who will take full ownership of a portfolio of enterprise clients in North America. You will be responsible for protecting revenue, delivering upsell/cross-sell, and proactively expanding into parent and sister companies within client groups.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Ownership:
Own and deliver against annual revenue targets (renewals + expansion) across your client portfolio.
Deal Execution:
Independently negotiate and close renewals and expansions, including multi-year and enterprise-wide contracts.
Strategic Expansion:
Drive upsell and cross-sell across the full solution suite, identifying whitespace opportunities and expanding into parent companies, subsidiaries, and sister organizations.
Executive Engagement:
Lead C-suite level engagements, delivering compelling ROI-focused QBRs and positioning the company as a strategic growth partner.
Forecasting:
Accurately forecast pipeline and deliver ≥90% forecasting accuracy on renewals and expansions.
Targets & KPIs What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience
in enterprise SaaS Customer Success or Account Management roles.
Commercial Hunter Mindset:
Proven track record of closing renewals and expansions independently—candidates must not be reliant on a separate Sales team to close deals.
Complex Account Navigation:
Demonstrable success in expanding accounts into parent/sister companies and new business units.
Track Record:
Consistent history of achieving or exceeding commercial targets (renewals, upsells, multi-year expansions).
Executive Presence:
Confidence influencing C-level stakeholders and deep commercial acumen to link product adoption directly to business outcomes and ROI.
