IT Sales Executive – Level 1. Work-from-home position. Travel to client locations required. Reporting to the SVP of Sales, the Sales Executive is accountable for developing and executing sales strategies for his/her new account territory to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas. Focusing on the Boston area. In-person client meetings will be needed.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for the territory.
Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales process.
Call on C- and VP-level prospects to identify and qualify opportunities and meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas.
Control meetings and customer interactions and provide accurate deal probability, forecasting, and revenue delivery.
Work independently and use sales tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and social media.
Engage with senior executives within customer organizations and influence decisions.
Gather and qualify revenue opportunities and articulate company service offerings.
Requirements College degree preferred. Relevant and significant industry experience may suffice as a substitute for the education requirement.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of selling technology services to C-level executives.
Proven record of strategizing hunting plans for mid‑market and enterprise deals to satisfy monthly recurring quotas.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure services, including as‑a‑Service models, backup, security, and advanced networking terminology.
Strong sales skills: networking, prospecting, consultative selling, and ability to articulate value, features, and pricing.
Experience with Salesforce, MS Outlook, Office, collaboration, and video conferencing applications.
High ethical standards, integrity, and team‑oriented mindset.
Excellent time‑management, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Travel The Sales Executive will travel to prospect and customer locations within the territory and to Magna5 locations as needed for training and hosting prospects and customers.
