We are looking for an experienced Director of Digital Performance Marketing for our client! As the Director of Digital Performance Marketing, you will spearhead comprehensive paid media strategies that align with business objectives and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). You will lead a high‑performing team of internal specialists and external agency partners to drive measurable growth through data‑driven campaigns.

Strategy & Team Leadership

Multi‑Platform Oversight: Architect and execute comprehensive paid strategies across Google, Bing, Meta, Amazon Prime, and niche networks like Nextdoor and Angi.

Personnel Management: Lead, mentor, and establish KPIs for a team of specialists while managing external agency performance to ensure alignment with corporate goals.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop annual budgets and long‑term media roadmaps.

Execution & Performance Optimization

Full‑Funnel Management: Oversee the end‑to‑end creation, pacing, and optimization of PPC campaigns and creative assets to maximize ROAS.

Analytical Rigor: Direct advanced keyword research, competitive analysis, and monthly performance forecasting across all digital channels.

Continuous Testing: Design A/B testing frameworks for ad copy, landing pages, and quality scores, providing detailed post‑mortem insights for future scale.

Technical Integration & Collaboration

Cross‑Functional Alignment: Partner with SEO, Web, and Creative teams to synchronize search visibility and ensure seamless campaign‑to‑landing‑page consistency.

Data Integrity: Implement tracking solutions and conversion pixels to ensure lead data is accurately captured in MS Dynamics with full UTM attribution.

Executive Reporting: Communicate campaign health, emerging trends, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Market Leadership & Compliance

Strategic Innovation: Evaluate new advertising technologies and platforms to maintain a competitive edge while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Knowledge Transfer: Serve as a subject matter expert, sharing best practices to elevate the organization's broader digital marketing capabilities.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Campaign Experience: 7+ years of hands‑on experience managing multi‑channel paid media (Search, Social, Display, Video).

Leadership: 3+ years in a management role overseeing direct reports and/or agency partners.

Budget Management: Proven track record managing monthly paid media.

Preferred Skills & Expertise

Platform Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and emerging social/video platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV).

Industry Context: Prior experience in home improvement, home services, or related high‑value sectors.

Analytical Depth: Deep understanding of GA4, attribution modeling (MTA), and conversion tracking.

Optimization & Testing: Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to drive revenue growth.

Technical & Visualization Tools: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and data visualization software.

Certifications: Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.
