Our Client is hiring an

East Coast Sales Director

to expand its commercial footprint. This is a high-impact

hunter role

focused on new logo acquisition within the pathology market, selling advanced digital pathology and AI-driven software solutions to clinical and institutional customers. This role is ideal for a proven new business sales leader who thrives in complex, clinical sales environments and is comfortable working cross-functionally with partners, clinicians, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development across the East Coast territory with a strong focus on net-new logo acquisition Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through close and handoff Build and manage relationships with pathologists, laboratory directors, clinical leadership, and hospital administration Sell complex software and AI-driven solutions within the digital pathology and laboratory space Collaborate closely with channel and strategic partners to expand market reach Work cross-functionally with clinical, product, and implementation teams to ensure successful customer adoption Accurately forecast pipeline activity and maintain CRM discipline Represent Our Client at industry conferences, events, and customer meetings Qualifications

Proven hunter profile with a strong track record of new business sales Experience selling into the pathology, laboratory, or diagnostics space required Background in software, AI, digital pathology, or adjacent technologies such as LIS strongly preferred Ability to sell into complex healthcare organizations with multiple stakeholders Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate effectively with physicians and technical buyers Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating as an individual contributor Experience working with partners or indirect sales models is a plus Willingness to travel throughout the East Coast as needed Compensation

Base salary range: $120,000 to $150,000 Commission target bringing total compensation potential to approximately $300,000 Why This Role
