Compensation Compensation:
Base: $72,000 to $96,000
OTE: $120,000 to $160,000
About our client Our client is a marketplace that is modernizing one of the largest and most fragmented markets in the world: hiring. They partner with industry leaders like Cursor, Palantir, Windsurf, Decagon, Shopify, Coinbase, and Hightouch to hire world-class talent, and are growing quickly- 8×-ing revenue last year.
They are the first end-to-end AI recruiting marketplace that connects companies with thousands of specialized recruiters and AI agents that work together to fill roles faster and more accurately.
About the role They launched their Legal recruiting vertical 3 months ago and already work with 5 of the AmLaw 100 plus top boutiques across the U.S. Legal is the first major bet inside their New Verticals arm, which includes Legal, Finance and Accounting, and a third premium contingent market. Their goal is to build over $100M in revenue across these non tech verticals over the next 3 years.
They are hiring a hungry Sales Development Representative to drive new business for their Legal vertical.
As an early GTM hire on the Legal team, you will work closely with the Legal AEs and leadership to create pipeline with law firms, book meetings with decision makers, and help build the outbound playbook that scales this vertical from early traction to category leader.
Responsibilities Must haves:
1 - 3 years of experience; Minimum 1 year of experience as an SDR at a startup.
Top performer with a track record of strong sales performance, quick promotions, and consistently beating quota
Comfortable doing high quality outbound and learning a new buyer persona quickly, including law firm partners and recruiting teams
Qualifications Additional context includes collaborating with Legal AEs, building outbound processes, and contributing to revenue growth within the Legal vertical.
