About The Role
Uber Eats is seeking an exceptional
Sales Manager
to join our
US&C Restaurants Team . In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of SMB Sales Representatives focused on driving new business acquisition and accelerating market growth. You\'ll be responsible for achieving ambitious monthly revenue targets, developing your team\'s skills, and ensuring strong collaboration across functions to deliver best-in-class results. Responsibilities
Lead & Develop: Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed acquisition and revenue goals.
Drive Results: Monitor performance, quota attainment, and pipeline health to ensure consistent execution and delivery against targets.
Enable Success: Conduct regular deal reviews, call observations, and performance calibrations to identify strengths and growth areas.
Foster Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Sales Operations, Account Management, Marketing, and City Operations) to align on market priorities and optimize performance.
Strategic Influence: Serve as a key thought partner to Territory Leadership on short- and long-term business strategy, growth opportunities, and process improvement.
Optimize Systems: Work with Sales Operations to analyze performance data, improve workflows, and ensure the team has the tools needed to sell effectively.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of full-cycle sales experience
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of sales management experience
Experienced people leader with strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
Consistent track record of developing top sales talent and leading teams to exceed revenue goals
Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform coaching, forecast accuracy, and sales strategy
Experience managing both Inside Sales and Field Sales teams preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar tools
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $151,429 - $168,571. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $106,000 - $118,000 and an annualized cash variable incentive target range of $45,429 - $50,571. The cash variable incentive payment is based on individual sales performance and its payment is based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan. For Seattle, WA-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $136,429 - $151,429. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $95,500 - $106,000 and an annualized cash variable incentive target range of $40,929 - $45,429. The cash variable incentive payment is based on individual sales performance and its payment is based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber\'s bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, sales bonuses & other types of comp.
