What You Will Do

Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and V-level executives within large enterprise organizations

Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption

Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support execution end-to-end

Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes using a consulting mindset

Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement

Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships

Must Haves

6+ years of experience

in US consulting

Proven experience managing client relationships in the IT services or custom software development industry

Ability to translate technical concepts into business value

Experience within large enterprises, participating in or leading digital transformation or modernization programs

Advanced English

written and spoken

Strong technical understanding of IT projects

Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills

US resident or valid U.S. Visa and availability to travel once per quarter
