Role Overview The VP of Commercial Operations will create and scale relationships with key industry partners and customers. This leader will initiate high-value external engagements and work closely with leadership to develop and execute commercial strategies. The role spans partnerships, customer development, business operations, and preparing the organization for rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage strategic relationships across a range of industries and technical domains.
Develop customer and partner programs, guiding them from exploration through to execution.
Support investor relations and contribute to overall capital strategy.
Drive commercial and operational processes that enable early revenue and long-term customer success.
Contribute broadly across business functions as the company scales.
Qualifications
Strong network across relevant industries, customers, and investment groups.
Experience forming strategic partnerships or commercial programs in deep tech, frontier tech, or high-growth environments.
Proven ability to build credibility and trust with C-level and VP-level executives at leading companies (e.g., Pfizer, TSMC, BMW).
Ability to work effectively across finance, operations, legal, and commercial execution.
Clear, concise communicator who can operate effectively with both technical and executive teams.
Comfortable shaping new processes in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
