About the Role

National Church Residences is seeking a Regional Director to lead Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and ALCP communities in your region. You’ll provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and staff development while ensuring regulatory compliance, financial performance, and high-quality housing for vulnerable populations. This is a mission-driven role where you’ll make a direct impact on residents’ lives every day.

What You’ll Do

Lead and develop property staff, fostering collaboration between management and supportive services.

Oversee occupancy, leasing, budgets, contracts, and compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and Fair Housing regulations.

Ensure high-quality maintenance, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency across your portfolio.

Build relationships with residents, community partners, and stakeholders to resolve issues and support housing stability.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years leadership experience in housing or social services, including property management.

Knowledge of HUD/LIHTC compliance, budgeting, and working with high-risk populations.

Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving skills, and proficiency in property management software (Yardi preferred).

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites; CPM designation preferred.
