Responsibilities Shawmut is seeking a
Director – Critical Pursuits & Planning (Mission Critical)
to lead our strategic early‑phase planning and high‑value pursuits within the mission‑critical market. This senior leader will guide multi‑disciplinary teams through upfront strategy, feasibility, scope development, and preconstruction excellence to ensure that complex data center and mission‑critical projects enter execution fully “build ready.” In this role, you will shape strategic opportunities, build deep client and partner relationships, and drive solutions tailored to the unique demands of hyperscale, enterprise, and colocation environments. You will also elevate internal capabilities by mentoring teams and strengthening best practices for mission‑critical delivery.
