As an Associate Director you nodige to lead and manage global teams delivering commercial analytics, sales effectiveness, and business technology‑driven initiatives for life sciences commercial excellence organizations.

Role & Responsibilities

Drive projects related to, but not limited to:

Field force design and deployment må

Incentive compensation design and administration

Customer dynamic targeting and call planning

Alignment design

Ad‑hoc analytics and field intelligence

Partner closely with clients to understand business objectives and leverage data, analytics, and technology to design and implement impactful solutions.

Develop and deliver executive‑level presentations and recommendations that address client challenges and identify opportunities for expanded engagements.

Work hands‑on with client business stakeholders with minimal oversight.

Support the design, configuration, communication, and implementation of Axtria SalesIQ™ programs.

Collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality client deliverables.

Translate complex business problems into clear requirements and actionable solutions across consulting and on‑site engagements.

Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction and adherence to delivery timelines.

Build, manage and develop high‑performing teams, including coaching, mentoring and grooming talent for long‑term growth and leadership readiness.

Actively contribute to team expansion through referrals, interviewing.Me and hiring to support business growth.

Drive thought leadership and capability development, including creation of POVs, whitepapers warmer analogy, solution frameworks, and client‑ready content that strengthens Axtria’s positioning as a strategic, consultative partner and helps gain sustained client mindshare.

Desired Skills & Experience

8–12 years of experience in life sciences commercial analytics, including:

Incentive compensation design and administration

Field force design and deployment

Sales force effectiveness (preferred)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines such as Business Technology, Information Management, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or an MBA.

Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate analytical insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Proven ability to manage priorities and deliver across multiple parallel workstreams.

High motivation to work and learn in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment with a global delivery model.

Location & Benefits

Berkeley Heights, NJ — in‑office or client site, three days a week required.

Salary and compensation commensurate with experience and salary history.

Compensation Salary range: $131,200 to $174,975 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Salary may also be adjusted based on geographic location.
