About the role Salesforce UX is seeking a strategic and detail‑oriented Senior Designer to support a growing team in shaping all AI experiences across our platform teams. This role is critical in driving coherence and quality across a fast‑evolving portfolio of AI‑powered features. You will play a key role in executing on our roadmap by looking holistically across all AI initiatives to identify redundancies, align on shared patterns, and deliver intuitive, high‑impact user experiences.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Lead Designers to design and scale AI‑driven experiences across all surfaces (Desktop, Mobile, Messaging, etc.) and user journeys.

Look across all AI workstreams on platform‑aligned with our V2MOM priorities‑to identify overlapping efforts, streamline user flows, and improve design quality.

Design clear, accessible, and consistent UX patterns that support AI features and make complex functionality approachable.

Translate abstract AI capabilities and concepts into purposeful, user‑centered design solutions.

Contribute to and evolve our AI design system and pattern libraries (cross‑cloud effort) to support cross‑functional consistency.

Partner with product, engineering, research, and content teams to bring designs to life and ensure they meet user and business goals.

Help guide design critiques, user testing, and iteration cycle to validate and refine AI solutions.

Experience + Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related field

4+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of work in complex systems, platforms or AI‑enhanced products.

Proven ability to bring clarity and cohesion to large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives.

Strong interaction and visual design skills, with an eye for systems thinking and scalability.

Experience using strategic alignment tools to prioritize and align work.

Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

Basic understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Knowledge of front‑end frameworks and libraries.

Experience designing for generative AI, LLMs, or machine learning interfaces.

Familiarity with accessibility standards and ethical considerations in AI.

Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems at scale.
