Role Description As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Amanda Agnew - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities

Build and manage a pipeline of prospects.

Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Handle customer inquiries, provide timely responses, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.

Consistent monthly premium targets met or exceeded.

Strong retention and cross‑sell from proactive policy reviews.

Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows

Pride in getting work done accurately and timely

Ability to work in a team environment

Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) 20‑44 or 2‑20

Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) 2‑15
