Sales and Marketing Director – Ivy Living
Join our Ivy Living team as the Sales and Marketing Director. This role is based at Ivy Park at Belmont, a premier senior living community situated on a landscaped campus. The director will generate and manage leads, qualify prospects, and guide them through the transition into their new home, working closely with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to create a cutting‑edge marketing plan and achieve budgeted occupancy targets.
Pay Range $95,000 – $100,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community.
Ideate ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
Collaborate with the team to execute events that draw prospects to the community.
Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase collaboration opportunities.
Qualifications
3 or more years of marketing experience or a sales background (outside sales preferred).
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization and diligence in following up with prospects.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must pass a criminal background check and health screening, including physical, TB, and other required tests.
