Overview The Senior Director, FP&A is a key finance leader responsible for driving enterprise wide financial planning excellence while helping stabilize and modernize FP&A processes, tools, and ways of working. This role is ideal for a hands on, business minded finance leader who thrives in complexity, builds credibility through consistency and accuracy, and elevates FP&A from a reporting function to a true value added partner.

You will work closely with the VP of FP&A, CFO, and senior leaders across the business to deliver clear insights, improve cost discipline, and support decision making that drives sustainable growth.

Responsibilities Strategic Leadership and Business Partnership

Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, including the VP of FP&A and CFO

Build trust and credibility with market and corporate leaders through transparency and reliability

Drive accountability around operating expense targets, cost actions, and overall financial performance

Position FP&A as a proactive partner that influences outcomes, not just reports results

Financial Planning, Forecasting, and Opex Management

Own the enterprise forecasting calendar, including monthly R&Os, bi weekly estimates, and annual planning

Lead opex target setting, tracking, and action planning in alignment with corporate objectives

Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights that highlight risks, opportunities, and cost drivers

Ensure high quality financial estimates and reporting packages

Consolidation, Reporting, and Analytics

Oversee monthly and quarterly financial consolidation across markets and corporate functions

Improve reporting quality, standardization, and consistency

Partner with Finance Business Partners to enhance dashboards and automate recurring deliverables

Transformation and Process Improvement

Support FP&A process redesign across forecasting, reporting, and planning

Lead PBCS redesign and data model improvements to stabilize and modernize the FP&A technology environment

Champion automation and simplification to increase analytical capacity

Drive adoption of new tools and processes across FP&A and business partners

Qualifications What We’re Looking For

10 or more years of progressive FP&A experience with increasing scope and complexity

Proven people leader with experience building, developing, and scaling high performing FP&A teams

Strong background in opex management, cost discipline, and operational performance improvement

Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior executives and operational leaders

Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into insights

Experience with enterprise planning systems such as PBCS or similar tools

Comfortable leading through ambiguity and driving systems, process, and cultural transformation

Exceptional communication skills with strong executive level storytelling capability

Preferred Experience

Healthcare services, home care, or other labor intensive industries

Multi market or multi entity consolidation environments

Prior ownership of enterprise forecasting cycles

MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred but not required
