The
Director of Analytics
is a high‑level leader responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing analytics initiatives, and ensuring the effective use of data to drive business outcomes. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.
Key Requirements

No relocation assistance is provided; candidates are expected to relocate on their own within 3 weeks from time of offer acceptance.
Employees are required to report in office 4 days a week at 7834 CF Hawn Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75217 (NO NEGOTIATION).
This is a direct hire role; we are NOT open to employing through contractor or agency.
Duties And Responsibilities Of The Position
Implement the overall analytics strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
Drive innovation and identify opportunities to leverage analytics for competitive advantage.
Oversee the development and implementation of advanced data analysis and modeling techniques to extract actionable insights.
Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and reliability of analytical models.
Lead the solution options, design, and creation of interactive reports and dashboards using BI tools including Power BI and similar platforms.
Customize visualizations to meet the specific needs of different business units.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including IT peers, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and Sales Technology to align analytics strategies with overall business objectives.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their analytical needs.
Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
Work closely with IT teams to enhance data quality and accessibility.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance scorecards to monitor the effectiveness of analytics initiatives.
Implement alert mechanisms for timely identification of performance issues.
Provide strategic insights derived from analytics to support executive decision‑making.
Collaborate with leadership to align analytics with overall business strategy.
Perform other duties as needed.
Required Experience And Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
10+ years’ relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of management experience.
7+ years in business application design and systems development, including implementation and installation in multiple EDW and BI environments with various technologies (e.g., HANA, SAP BW, Tableau, BusinessObjects, Oracle BI, Microsoft BI).
5+ years of BI development and architecture design.
At least 5 years’ experience developing Enterprise BI solutions on 3 of the EDW platforms (Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, HANA, SAP BW, etc.).
Experience in integrating complex SAP ERP and non‑SAP data sources.
Experience with migrating to Cloud Data Platform – Azure preferred, AWS or GCP.
Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Strong knowledge of principles, techniques, and best practices of data modeling, dimensional data modeling, and data profiling.
