Title: Salesforce Agentforce Developer — Salesforce Agentic AI
Duration: 12 Months — Long Term
Location: Washington, DC 20433
Hybrid Onsite: 4 days per week from Day 1, with a full transition to 100% onsite anticipated soon.
Client is seeking a highly skilled
Salesforce Agentic AI (Agentforce) Developer
with strong expertise in
Salesforce Einstein AI
and
Salesforce cloud implementations . The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent, agent‑driven solutions that enhance business processes and decision‑making across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce (AI Agent) solutions.
Develop AI‑powered workflows using Salesforce Einstein AI.
Support and enhance Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud implementations.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Agentic AI / AI‑driven automation.
Experience implementing or supporting Salesforce Agentforce / AI agents.
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Einstein AI (Einstein Bots, Einstein Prediction Builder, Einstein Discovery, or related features).
Solid experience in Salesforce cloud implementations and enterprise‑scale deployments.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and frameworks (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs).
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and cloud services.
