Overview
As a strategic leader of the Talent Management function, the Director of Talent Management architects and executes forward-thinking talent strategies that fuel innovation, scale leadership, and accelerate employee growth, within a People First & Performance Culture. This role integrates performance management, learning and development, leadership and executive development, and high-potential talent strategy to build a resilient and future-ready workforce. Leveraging digital platforms, AI-powered learning ecosystems, and data-driven insights, the Director partners closely with business leaders and HR teams to shape a culture of continuous learning, accountability, inclusion, and performance. The Director delivers measurable results aligned with the Evergreen 7 principles (Purpose, Perseverance, People First, Private, Paced Growth, Pragmatic Innovation), enhancing employee experience and advancing talent innovation and organizational agility.
Responsibilities Strategic Talent Management
Partner with the HR Business Partners to design and implement scalable talent strategies that align with the company’s transformation trajectory, long range plan, and evolving workforce needs.
Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to identify critical capabilities and build future-ready talent pipelines.
Performance Management
Lead the transformation of performance management into a dynamic, actionable real-time feedback culture.
Enhance goal-setting frameworks and performance management processes that drive accountability and pragmatic innovation.
Learning & Development
Build a learning ecosystem that supports technical upskilling, leadership development, high potential acceleration and retention, and career mobility.
Leverage AI-driven platforms, microlearning, and cohort-based programs to deliver personalized learning experiences.
Leadership Development
Design and deliver leadership development programs for emerging, mid-level, and executive leaders, including coaching, assessments, and immersive experiences.
Partner with the executive team to build succession plans and readiness strategies for critical leadership roles.
High Potential Talent Strategy
Define and operationalize High Potentials identification frameworks using data, assessments, and manager input.
Create accelerated development journeys for Hight Potential talent, integrating stretch assignments, training, mentorship, and visibility opportunities.
Drive career paths architecture and development planning that supports internal mobility and retention.
Implement tools and frameworks for career pathing, skills mapping, and development planning.
Organizational Development & Culture
Use talent analytics to assess organizational health, identify capability gaps, and inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to foster a People-First and High-performance culture under the guidance of our Evergreen certification principles.
Lead a high-impact Talent Management team with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Build strong partnerships across global HR Business Partners and Business Leaders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, preferably in manufacturing environments
Proven success in designing and scaling talent strategies in dynamic, global organizations.
Expertise in performance management, leadership development, executive coaching, and HiPo strategy.
Strong fluency in talent analytics and digital learning platforms.
Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
Strategic thinker with a strong ability to connect talent management initiatives to business outcomes.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and influence, partnering effectively across HR, business units, and executive leadership.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving enterprise-wide change and transformation.
