The Role We’re hiring
a Head of Growth
to spearhead our next phase of global expansion, with a focus on the US and Europe. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll own the growth strategy end-to-end, defining playbooks, optimizing funnels, leading go-to-market initiatives, and scaling user acquisition. You’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team to shape how Emergent Labs becomes a category-defining AI company.
What You’ll Do
Design and execute the global growth strategy across the US and European markets.
Own key metrics across user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
Develop and optimize scalable growth channels: paid, organic, partnerships, product-led, and community.
Build and lead cross-functional initiatives across product, marketing, and sales to drive exponential adoption.
Partner with leadership on strategic priorities, including P&L ownership, pricing, GTM models, and market expansion.
Establish a strong data-driven growth culture, using experimentation and analytics to inform decisions.
Build and mentor a world-class growth team as we scale.
Who You Are
8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, high-growth startups, or tech leadership roles.
Proven track record of scaling products and driving measurable revenue growth.
Strong grasp of growth levers across marketing, product, and business strategy.
Deep understanding of P&L management and financial modeling.
Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and makes data-informed decisions.
Technical curiosity—comfortable working with AI/tech products and translating them into growth opportunities.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
