We’re seeking a seasoned global finance leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving strategic outcomes, and creating systems that work. The Reality You’ll oversee domestic and international accounting operations for our ecommerce division, managing complex financial reporting, leading budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll work directly with executive leadership on strategic initiatives while building and developing a finance team that operates with precision and accountability.
This role requires someone who can balance the technical demands of US GAAP, international remeasurement, and multi-subsidiary consolidation with the leadership skills to develop talent and drive organizational change.
What You’ll Do Financial Leadership & Strategy
Direct domestic and international accounting operations across all business units
Lead the ecommerce division’s entire budgeting process
Forecast cash position and free cash flow with accuracy
Partner with executive leadership on strategic metrics and special projects
Technical Excellence
Ensure accurate, timely financial statements and management reporting
Maintain robust accounting systems, policies, and internal controls
Oversee transfer pricing compliance for foreign subsidiaries
Manage multiple audits (US external, 401K, subsidiary audits)
Navigate US GAAP in a manufacturing environment
Team Development
Build and lead high-performing accounting and finance teams
Partner with HR to attract and develop top talent
Coach and develop finance managers into future leaders
Foster creativity, initiative, and accountability across your department
Process Innovation
Identify and implement improvements that increase effectiveness
Challenge existing processes and seek better solutions
Leverage technology and systems to drive efficiency
What You Bring Required
12+ years in senior accounting or finance management roles
Deep expertise in US GAAP within manufacturing environments
International accounting and remeasurement experience
Proven track record in financial budgeting and planning
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance
Highly Valued
CPA certification
ERP systems expertise (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Visual Mfg, MS Dynamics)
SQL query skills
BI tools experience (Qlikview, MS Power Query, Tableau)
Experience leading through organizational change
Local Seattle based preferred
The Environment Remote Home-Office-based role with occasional exposure to manufacturing areas.
35-45% travel

Compensation Competitive salary range - $1900,000 - $225,000 + bonus (based on experience)
