Role Description
Sennovate is seeking a full-time
Field Marketing & Events Coordinator , preferably based in the
San Francisco Bay Area . This role is ideal for someone who is
extroverted, pleasant, energetic, and highly organized , with the confidence to engage people professionally over the phone and in person. You will coordinate private customer and partner events, drive attendance through
cold and warm calling , coordinate
digital marketing support , and ensure strong follow-up by helping schedule post-event meetings with the Sales/Leadership team. This role is also designed as a growth path into
Field Sales / Business Development . Key Responsibilities
Coordinate private customer and partner events with the venue/event facility liaison (venues typically offer event packages) Manage invite lists, RSVPs, confirmations, reminders, and attendee communications Make
cold calls and warm calls
to drive attendance, confirm participation, and reduce no-shows Represent Sennovate professionally and communicate the value of our cybersecurity services Coordinate basic digital marketing support for events (email invitations, reminders, LinkedIn promotions) Follow up with attendees after events to maintain engagement and gather feedback Help schedule post-event follow-up meetings between attendees and internal Sales/Leadership team Track attendance, follow-ups, outcomes, and next-step actions for internal visibility Qualifications
1–3 years
of experience in a relevant area such as event coordination, marketing support, outreach, customer service, or similar roles Cybersecurity knowledge or experience required
(MSSP, IT security, SOC, compliance, etc.) Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone presence Comfortable making cold calls and warm calls , handling follow-ups, and confirming attendance Ability to schedule meetings and coordinate next steps with prospects and customers Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Experience in event coordination, marketing support, customer-facing roles, or outreach is preferred Digital marketing exposure (email or social media coordination) is a plus Preferably based in the
San Francisco Bay Area
, with ability to be on-site as needed
