Position Overview We are seeking a professional, empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, many of whom are dealing with stressful situations related to water, fire, or mold damage. The ideal candidate will embody our core value: ensuring everyone we interact with knows they are respected, listened to, and that their problems will be solved as promised and to their satisfaction.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Full-time position
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
Schedule and coordinate restoration services with clients and technicians
Process work orders and maintain accurate customer records
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with our services
Assist with various administrative duties as needed
Coordinate with our restoration teams to ensure timely service delivery
Maintain knowledge of our services to accurately address customer questions
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
1-2 years of customer service experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with distressed customers
Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
