Digital Advisory Senior Consultant (Remote - USA)

Responsibilities
Lead and manage automotive consulting projects focused on strategy, transformation, and operational improvement to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction
Conduct research on automotive and mobility trends, technologies, and best practices to develop insights that guide client recommendations
Engage directly with clients across OEMs, suppliers, investors, and emerging mobility companies to understand challenges and deliver tailored solutions that create measurable value
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of consulting engagements to ensure tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Support business development by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and contributing to proposals and presentations that drive new client relationships
Stay current with automotive industry developments and contribute to internal thought leadership through presentations, reports, and team discussions
Mentor junior consultants by providing guidance, feedback, and professional development support
Foster collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across teams to strengthen overall project performance and client impact
Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, Finance, or Engineering
Experience
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or related fields, ideally with exposure to automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
Skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business challenges and develop actionable solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and deliver consistent value
Experience leading and managing consulting projects from initiation through completion
Demonstrated success in supporting business development and contributing to proposal efforts
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Understanding of strategic planning, business process improvement, transaction execution, and change management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with AI-enabled business applications such as Microsoft Copilot
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) from a leading business school is a plus
Agile certification or relevant project management experience preferred
Experience within the automotive and mobility industry, including electric vehicles, connected services, supply chain transformation, or aftermarket strategy, is highly advantageous
Travel & Physical Requirements
Percentage of required travel: up to 100%
This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Must perform tasks that involve talking, hearing, walking, sitting, standing, climbing stairs, and prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.
