LOCATION NOTE: This is an on-site position in the cities listed below, with local travel required. Candidates with confirmed relocation plans and timeline may receive relocation assistance. You excel in high-pressure startup environments. You have a proven track record serving high-net-worth clients with exceptional, personalized attention. You are confident AI will transform education and are prepared to defend that conviction to doubters. If these conditions create discomfort, this opportunity is not a fit. Alpha is not a conventional school. We are a technology startup demonstrating that every child possesses exceptional potential. Students complete core academic requirements in only two hours daily through AI-powered applications, then dedicate remaining time to practical competencies: public speaking, critical reasoning, collaborative problem-solving, and meaningful project work. No traditional lectures. No redundant assignments. Just accelerated mastery and nationwide top 1% outcomes. Families anticipate concierge-quality service. You will consistently defend this approach against concerns about screen exposure, skepticism toward non-traditional education, and "too good to be true" reactions. During year zero and year one, this functions as an enrollment sales position. You control the entire pipeline from initial inquiry through executed enrollment contracts, with defined conversion benchmarks and CRM oversight. Campus launch requires a minimum of 25 enrolled students. Achieving that threshold is your accountability. You will deliver compelling information sessions, lead personalized campus visits, maintain persistent follow-up, and finalize agreements. After reaching 25 students and bringing an admissions director aboard, your role transitions to serving as the campus's lead parent-facing executive. You will cultivate loyalty, address concerns with white-glove responsiveness, and convert satisfied families into vocal champions who actively recruit their networks. This position offers significant trust and autonomy with transparent expectations. You will operate independently without substantial administrative infrastructure, marketing resources, or established protocols. Strategic direction adapts based on performance data. Systems are emerging. You will create them. Your typical day occurs outside the facility (coffee conversations, networking lunches, Chamber of Commerce participation) rather than at a desk. You will maintain visibility at morning arrival and afternoon dismissal. Evening parent gatherings and occasional weekend student programming are expected. A single misaligned family within a 25-student cohort can compromise the entire environment, making the ability to decline poor-fit applicants as critical as enrolling appropriate ones. The upside? You will observe transformations rarely witnessed by educators: skeptical parents evolving into passionate advocates, reserved students presenting with confidence to adult audiences, families selecting your campus over prestigious private institutions. You will build from the ground up and claim ownership of outcomes. If you believe traditional schools are failing children and a superior alternative exists, this is your opportunity to demonstrate it. Locations
