Role Overview
Title: Associate, Investor Relations - Venture and Growth Group
Purpose: Support investor relations, performance reporting, and internal strategic operations for the firm's Venture and Growth platform.
Reports to: Operations leadership within the Venture and Growth Group.
Key Responsibilities
Create investor-facing materials and presentations that communicate the firm's growth story and investment impact.
Develop and maintain performance and portfolio reporting frameworks using Excel and visualization tools.
Support operational due diligence and ensure data integrity across internal systems.
Collaborate with finance, legal, compliance, and analytics teams to streamline processes.
Contribute to strategic projects that enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Experience: 2-4 years in investment banking, private equity, private credit, consulting, venture capital, or data analytics.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of growth equity/private equity investing.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree required; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
