Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior Salesforce Developer / Lead

to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development skills and experience leading Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.

Customize Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Triggers, and Process Builder.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance.

Perform code reviews and enforce best practices.

Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders.

Support deployments using CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

12+ years in Salesforce is a must.

Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, and Data Loader.

Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.

Integration experience with middleware or APIs.

Strong understanding of Salesforce security model.

Experience with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, and Jenkins.

Salesforce Certifications (PD1, PD2, Admin, Architect preferred).

Experience in large enterprise environments.

Leadership or mentoring experience.
