Responsibilities As the Vice President of Property Management, you will lead portfolio‑level operations for a growing multifamily platform, shaping department strategy, elevating onsite performance, and ensuring consistent execution across all assets. This role blends leadership, operational oversight, team development, and process improvement in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Set operational direction for the property management function, establishing strategies and standards that drive efficiency, service quality, and financial performance.

Oversee property‑level operations, ensuring assets meet performance goals, adhere to company standards, and deliver strong resident satisfaction and NOI results.

Lead cross‑functional coordination with asset management, construction, finance, and executive leadership to solve operational challenges and align on priorities.

Monitor key performance indicators across the portfolio, proactively identifying trends and implementing improvement plans when needed.

Ensure operational compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.

Strengthen vendor and partner relationships, negotiating agreements and ensuring service delivery supports operational and financial objectives.

Develop, mentor, and support property management teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

Provide executive‑level reporting, offering transparency into operational performance and supporting strategic decision‑making.

Qualifications

10+ years of multifamily property management experience

Proven success in building or scaling property management operations

Strong financial acumen and operational oversight

Experience with capital projects, leasing, marketing, and compliance

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Willingness to travel

Please note that this role primarily sits in office (or traveling to the assets).

Job Offer

Targeting a salary of $150,000 to $200,000 depending on experience and level.
