Lateral Link is assisting a global law firm and repeat client with a new *unposted* search seeking a mid-level associate to support the Real Estate practice in Washington, D.C.
The practice handles a broad range and high volume of commercial real estate transactions, including representing institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds in all phases of the investment cycle as well as sophisticated lending transactions.
Candidates should have experience in multiple areas of commercial real estate. Significant experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings and joint ventures is preferred but not required.
Matters are leanly staffed and associates are given more responsibility
