Senior Tax Associate
for a newly created position on their growing team. This group manages complex partnership structures, private investments, and multi-entity filings with both U.S. and international exposure. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review complex partnership tax returns and supporting workpapers
Coordinate tax compliance and filings for U.S. and foreign entities
Conduct technical research and communicate findings to management
Assist with tax planning related to investment activities and structuring
Support process improvements to enhance compliance efficiency
Preferred Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or related field
4+ years of tax experience, ideally with exposure to partnership or investment entities
CPA or progress toward CPA strongly preferred
Strong working knowledge of federal tax principles; international tax exposure a plus
Candidates must be
based in the Chicago area ; this is not a remote opportunity.
