We are working with a leading real estate investment firm that is seeking a Director to join their fast-paced Investments team, and help support/lead growth across their multibillion-dollar portfolio of diversified real estate holdings throughout the US.
This is a high-visibility position, on a high-visibility team, and requires that the candidate be able to source, underwrite, structure, and execute deals in select markets on the West Coast, across multiple product types. Additionally, you will be directly and indirectly leading a growing team of Analysts and Associates.

Qualifications
10+ of experience working in an investments-focused capacity for an institutional CRE firm 3+ years of experience in a senior-level role originating and sourcing both equity and debt opportunities, across multiple product types, in an institutional environment Ability to underwrite and lead due diligence activities, along with negotiating JVs, PSAs, and debt terms Experience leading small teams Exposure to asset management, development, and portfolio management If this sounds like you, please apply, and/or reach out to Alex, at alex@endeavor-global.com.
