We are seeking an experienced

Director of Information Technology

to lead enterprise technology operations within a large, fast-paced hospitality and gaming environment. This role is ideal for a strategic IT leader who thrives in highly regulated, 24/7 operations and is passionate about delivering secure, reliable, and innovative technology solutions that enhance both guest and business experiences. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field required; Master's degree preferred

7-10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years in gaming, casino, or other highly regulated environments

Extensive experience managing enterprise systems such as casino management systems, slot systems, loyalty programs, POS/PMS platforms, and surveillance technologies

Experience with systems such as Oasis Loyalty, Everi, Fortunet, Bravo, CCT, Oracle Hospitality (Opera, Simphony)

Proven leadership in IT infrastructure, network operations, cybersecurity programs, and data center management

Strong experience managing IT budgets, vendor relationships, and large-scale technology initiatives

Experience in tribal gaming operations strongly preferred (Class II and/or Class III)

In-depth knowledge of network architecture, servers, virtualization, cloud technologies, database administration, and system integration

Solid understanding of cybersecurity, including risk management, intrusion detection, incident response, and regulatory compliance

Knowledge of disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and redundancy best practices

Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage multi-disciplinary IT teams

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Strong project management and business partnership capabilities

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a 24/7 operational environment

High level of integrity and discretion with sensitive systems and data

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License through the appropriate regulatory agency

Responsibilities The Director of IT will lead all technology operations, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of systems supporting gaming, hospitality, marketing, surveillance, and administrative functions. This role oversees IT infrastructure, application support, cybersecurity, and strategic technology planning to drive operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Managing vendor relationships and overseeing purchasing and bidding processes for all technology systems and hardware

Coordinating daily IT operations and providing leadership for mission-critical technology solutions

Planning, recommending, and deploying computer, telecommunications, and gaming systems

Managing system access, permissions, and security controls

Ensuring reliable backup, recovery, and data integrity across systems and data centers

Oversight of database and hardware storage, maintenance, and integrity

Leading continuous upgrades of systems, equipment, procedures, and staff skills

Maintaining software licensing and ensuring regulatory and vendor compliance

Managing the annual IT budget and maintaining financial controls

Collaborating with department heads to align technology with operational needs

Enforcing IT policies and procedures governing gaming and business operations

Managing video surveillance systems and system access controls

Developing and maintaining IT policies related to security, disaster recovery, architecture, and procurement

Overseeing staffing, scheduling, and budgeting for the IT department

Acting as a property leader who engages all levels of the organization professionally and fairly

Work Environment & Additional Requirements

The organization operates 24/7; flexibility with scheduling is required

Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, and use of hands and arms

Exposure to temperature fluctuations and moderate to high noise levels may occur
