Account Manager
to join WinMill and support our multiple practices. This role sits at the intersection of business development, client relationships, sales support, and operational coordination. You will own client relationships from inception to churn, ensure a strong post-project connection with clients, and help identify opportunities for future engagements. You will also support top-of-funnel conversations, manage deal and contact data in HubSpot, and step in to stabilize accounts that currently lack a dedicated Account Manager across the organization. If you enjoy building trust with clients, staying organized across multiple accounts, and playing a visible role in growth without carrying a traditional quota-heavy sales role, this position is for you! Who You Are You’re a natural relationship owner who enjoys being the main point of contact for clients. You are comfortable jumping into existing accounts, assessing the situation, and building rapport quickly. The Account Manager is organized and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to CRM data and deal tracking. You are confident in calls with prospects and clients and have a robust knowledge of the company and its offerings. You are curious about client needs and proactive about identifying opportunities for additional services. You enjoy wearing multiple hats in a growing organization and are not afraid of a little ambiguity. Location All work is to be performed remotely. Employees may live anywhere in Latin America but will be required to be available and productive during Eastern Standard Time. We sell technology services to build software, AI solutions, and support Azure cloud infrastructure. eMembership. This is a software product that we own, customize, and deploy for labor unions. Role Responsibilities Business Development Support top-of-funnel efforts by taking initial calls to qualify prospective clients. Maintain relationships with current and past clients, conducting follow-ups, and pitching relevant new services. Respond to inbound leads from website forms, campaigns, events, and other marketing channels. Nurture early-stage leads until they are ready for sales conversations. Manage deals, contacts, and activity tracking in HubSpot for dedicated Winmill departments and client accounts you oversee. Create quotes and contracts within the CRM to share with clients. Maintain CRM hygiene by tracking deals and sales activity, creating reports, and following up on sales tasks. Ensure client activity, notes, and pipeline data are accurate and up to date. Client Success Own Emerging Technology client relationships from initial engagement through completion and beyond. Act as the primary point of contact for active projects, regularly checking in with both clients and internal teams. Take over account management for WinMill clients who currently lack an assigned or appropriate Account Manager. Assess the status of inherited accounts, stabilize communication, and re-establish trust. Candidate Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Sales Support roles. Ability to manage 15+ client accounts. Strong relationship management and client communication skills. Hands-on experience using HubSpot (deal tracking, quotes, contacts, activities, and reporting). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Sales and business development experience. Software Development consulting or general consulting services is a plus but not required.
