LOCATION NOTE: This is an on-site position based in the cities listed below, with local travel required. Relocation support is provided. If leading families toward a fundamentally reimagined approach to education resonates with your sense of purpose, this role places you at the forefront of that transformation. Alpha operates outside traditional schooling conventions. Here, students complete core academic content in only two hours per day through AI-driven platforms. The remaining time is devoted to real-world competencies—debate, analytical reasoning, collaborative problem-solving, and meaningful project work. There are no lectures. There is no filler. What remains is accelerated mastery and performance in the top 1% nationally. This model requires a fundamentally different relationship with parents—and you are central to that relationship. You will serve as the primary representative of your campus, responsible for driving enrollment growth, establishing credibility, and cultivating advocacy. You will facilitate impactful information sessions, build meaningful connections throughout your community, and transform curiosity into committed enrollment pipeline. Your responsibilities extend beyond recruitment. You will become the trusted point of contact for families at every stage of their Alpha experience—responding to questions, reinforcing confidence, and empowering parents to become vocal advocates for the model. This is a role defined by trust, independence, and measurable impact. You will be stationed at a single campus, physically present most days, and accountable for tangible results—not simply executing a prescribed playbook. If you are convinced that most schools are underserving students—and that a better model exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
