We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to own the New England territory. The role is remote and involves positioning Torq’s no‑code security automation solution within enterprise prospects and customers, developing a comprehensive account strategy, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive business growth.

What You Will Be Doing

Sell the no‑code security automation product – from inception to close.

Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities.

Execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently meet quarterly revenue targets.

Build long‑term strategic relationships with prospects, customers, and channel partners.

Expand relationships and orchestrate complex deals across diverse business stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

5–10 + years of direct sales experience selling security software.

Measurable track record of new‑business development and over‑achieving sales targets.

Experience selling complex enterprise security solutions in fast‑growing, changing environments.

Executive presence with strong “C”‑suite engagement, polished demeanor, and excellent listening skills.

Proficiency with target‑account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.

Hunter mentality and solid sales DNA (e.g., Challenger, MEDDICC, or CoM).
