We are hiring a Business Development Specialist who can hunt, sell, and close. This role is specifically for someone with

direct franchising experience . You must understand the franchise ecosystem and come with real-world sales experience selling into franchise systems. You will own deals end to end and sell directly to

Chief Development Officers and Chief Marketing Officers

at franchisor brands. This is not a support role and not appointment setting. This is a true closing position built for someone who wants responsibility and upside. The CEO has closed over 85 franchise brands since inception. The next phase is scaling that success through experienced sales leadership. What You’ll Do

Prospect, hunt, and close new business with franchisors and multi-unit brands Sell directly to CDOs and CMOs in the franchise space Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through signed agreement Work outbound leads from franchise expos, conferences, and existing industry contacts Sell high-impact video solutions including franchise development storytelling, training videos, customer testimonials, and brand content Attend 5 to 10 national franchise expos per year Use HubSpot CRM, email, and video-based outreach to drive pipeline Hit and exceed KPIs and revenue goals Be comfortable on camera for podcasts, video strategy sessions, and content that drives inbound leads Operate with autonomy in a growing company where initiative matters Yes, we do bring puppies to some franchise shows. Requirements

Must have franchising experience
