About the Role As a

Senior GRC Sales Specialist , you will be the driving force behind our market expansion within the

Managed Service Provider (MSP)

and

Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP)

sectors. This is a high-impact, hunter-style role designed for an elite sales professional who brings an

established book of business

and deep-rooted industry connections. You will position our cutting-edge our client, and Compliance (GRC) solutions as the essential framework for modern security and risk management.

This role is ideal for a "heavy hitter" who possesses:

A "Rolodex" of C-level contacts

within the national MSP/MSSP ecosystem.

The ability to "open doors" immediately

leveraging a proven reputation in the cybersecurity space.

Strategic closing skills

for high-value, long-term partnership agreements.

A deep understanding

of how service providers monetize compliance and risk services.

Key Responsibilities

Network Monetization:

Target and convert your existing MSP/MSSP network into active sales pipelines.

Consultative Selling:

Analyze complex GRC challenges faced by service providers and map them to our tailored solution suite.

Full-Cycle Ownership:

Lead the entire sales process—from initial strategic outreach to final contract negotiation and closing.

Partnership Expansion:

Nurture high-value accounts to maximize retention and identify upsell opportunities for advanced GRC modules.

Market Advocacy:

Represent the brand at major industry events and networking forums to maintain high visibility within the security community.

Internal Collaboration:

Partner with implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from "closed-won" to successful client onboarding.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5+ years

of elite sales experience, specifically within

GRC, Cybersecurity, or SaaS

technology.

Validated Track Record:

A documented history of exceeding million-dollar quotas and driving significant revenue growth.

Industry Influence:

Strong, existing relationships with key decision-makers in the North American MSP/MSSP market.

Subject Matter Expertise:

Solid grasp of GRC frameworks (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, CMMC) and how they impact service providers.

Communication Mastery:

Exceptional ability to deliver high-stakes presentations and negotiate complex contract terms.

Requirements & Work Model

Compensation:

Competitive base salary +

15% Uncapped Commission

+ Annual Performance Bonus.

Work Model:

Hybrid Remote

(Office presence required for key strategy meetings/client visits).

Travel:

Up to

50% travel

required for client site visits, industry conferences, and high-level networking.

Tech Stack:

Mastery of CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and modern sales automation platforms.
