
7+ years of successful B2B sales experience within commercial HVAC, mechanical services, or related building services
Strong understanding of service agreements, preventative maintenance programs, and project-based service work
Proven success selling into Class A commercial buildings, healthcare, education, industrial, or mixed-use facilities
Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with operations and leadership teams
High integrity, sound business judgment, and a long-term, relationship-driven sales mindset
