Dining Server Pinewood Hills Independent Living 3901 Kirkpatrick Ln Flower Mound, TX 75028 Full Time $15.00 Reports to: Dining Room Manager Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Provide menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guests are satisfied with their orders. Monitor and attend to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience. Prepare and set up the dining area, including table settings and proper tableware. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices. Assist with special events or functions as needed and support other servers and staff when necessary. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve service and skills. Qualifications
Prior experience as a server in a restaurant, cafe, or similar environment preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. Knowledge of food and beverage pairings and menu items is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying food trays. Food Handler’s certification may be required based on local regulations. Hours
3 evenings per week 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) 7:00 am - 7:00 pm How to Apply
