Overnight In-Room Dining Server - $14 per hour plus tips
Hotel Emma is seeking an overnight in‑room dining server. You will deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms and suites, maintain the room service area, and uphold hotel standards.
Responsibilities
Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain complete knowledge of departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
Manage point‑of‑sale and manual ordering systems; input orders, authorize room charges, and maintain accurate transaction records.
Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with management when necessary.
Maintain knowledge of wine and beverage selections, menu items, and location of rooms.
Perform inventory checks, restock items, and monitor product expiration.
Assist with setup, mise en place, and closing duties.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two years experience in a luxury or ultra‑luxury environment.
TABC and food handling certifications.
Experience with luxury 5‑diamond hotel room service is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
