We are expanding our in-office team in Southwest Florida and seeking experienced professionals who want to grow with a firm that values competence, discretion, and precision. Position Summary: We are currently hiring a full-time Enrolled Agent (EA) to serve as a lead tax preparer for complex individual, trust, and business tax returns. This role is in‑office at our Naples, FL location and will support our growing client base with a focus on year‑round engagement—not just seasonal throughput. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review individual (1040), trust (1041), and business (1120, 1120S, 1065) returns. Advise clients on tax planning, IRS correspondence, and compliance matters. Coordinate with attorneys, investment advisors, and fiduciaries on client accounts. Maintain current knowledge of tax laws and regulatory updates impacting federal and Florida tax matters. Ensure all filings meet internal quality standards and deadlines. Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics in all aspects of service. Qualifications:
Active Enrolled Agent (EA) credential in good standing with the IRS. Minimum of 3 years of direct tax preparation experience. Proficiency in tax software (Drake, UltraTax, or similar) and QuickBooks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with fiduciary or estate/trust taxation is preferred but not required. Commitment to in‑office presence and availability during business hours. Compensation & Benefits:
