About the Position Jewish Beginnings a Lubavitch Preschool is seeking a
high-energy, positive, and capable Assistant Director
to partner closely with our Director in supporting daily operations, curriculum oversight, parent relationships, and community engagement. This role is ideal for someone with an education background who thrives in a people-centered, mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Support daily classroom operations and ensure classes are running smoothly
Review classrooms and lesson plans to ensure curriculum standards are met
Partner with teachers on curriculum development and classroom support
Assist with preschool accreditation preparation, documentation, and compliance
Serve as a calm, empathetic point of contact for parents and families
Respond to parent concerns with professionalism, warmth, and follow-through
Collaborate closely with the Director on day-to-day operations and growth initiatives
