Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an In-Room Dining Server located in Frisco, TX. Responsibilities include delivering orders promptly to guests' rooms, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accuracy in orders and quality in presentation, and maintaining cleanliness in all work areas. The server will also assist with setup, organization, and replenishment of supplies, as well as provide recommendations on menu items to guests. Professionalism, attention to detail, and adherence to food safety and hospitality standards are essential for success in this role. Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Experience in Food & Beverage services and Food Service practices, particularly in a hospitality setting. Basic knowledge of Cooking and food presentation standards is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain professionalism under pressure, and pay attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior hospitality or in-room dining experience preferred but not required. Commitment to teamwork and creating memorable guest experiences.
