Youth Sports Coach – Tennis, Golf & Pickleball
TGA Premier Sports offers a national, school‑based enrichment program that brings Tennis, Golf, & Pickleball directly to children ages 3‑14 across Wake and Durham counties. Most classes take place on school campuses during after‑school hours (2:00‑5:00 PM). We care first and foremost about finding coaches who genuinely enjoy working with children. If you bring the energy, patience, and ability to connect with kids, we will teach you the sport.

Requirements Soft Skills & Personality
Strong passion for working with kids and helping them grow
Willingness to step out of your comfort zone, be playful, and engage like a kid when needed
Great communication skills – respond quickly to messages from administrators and clearly communicate how classes went
A positive, reliable, professional attitude
A genuine passion for sports, movement, and keeping kids active
Experience
Experience working with children in any setting (schools, camps, babysitting, volunteering, etc.)
No prior coaching experience required – we provide all curriculum and training for Tennis, Golf, and Pickleball. (Having experience with the sports you coach is preferred.)
Availability & Logistics
Afternoon (around 2:30‑5:30 PM) availability (2‑5 days per week)
Willingness to work short shifts (typically 1‑3 hours per day)
Reliable transportation
Ability and willingness to transport equipment to and from class
Ability to complete onboarding paperwork promptly (processing takes several weeks)
Ability to pass a background check and drug test (required by partner schools)
