ServingSchools MSAD 52 serving Greene, Leeds, and Turner is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Special Education Department. This position is available immediately. The position will work closely with the Director, Assistant Director, and special education department staff to ensure the proper functioning of the special education department. Job duties will focus on secretarial, budget management, district, state, and federal reporting, along with maintaining electronic databases. Qualifications: Associate degree preferred and at least two years of experience in a similar position. Organize and manage multiple ongoing projects with daily responsibilities. Excellent public relations, teamwork, and communication skills. Proficient with computer programs and technology on a variety of platforms, such as the Google Suite, ADS Profund, and Education Data Management Solutions. Maine State Law requires all school employees to be fingerprinted and pass a Criminal History Record Check (CHRC). A copy of your CHRC must be uploaded as part of your application to be considered. Maintain strict confidentiality of all special education information. Application Procedure:
